How The Famous Burn + Earn Loyalty Program Works and Program Benefits

What is the Famous Smoke Shop Loyalty Program?

The Famous Smoke Shop Burn + Earn Loyalty Program (hereafter, the “Program”) is our way of thanking and rewarding our loyal customers for their continued purchases and engagement. By enrolling in the Program and making eligible purchases, you'll earn points that can be redeemed for exciting rewards.

EARNING POINTS FOR PURCHASES

How do I earn points?

• Make purchases: You'll earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made on our website, famous-smoke.com.
• Leave product reviews: Earn up to 25 points by leaving feedback on what you bought. You’ll earn 10 pts for each product review submitted; to be eligible for program rewards points, your review must be placed by clicking through the link in the “Rate Your Purchase” email that will arrive approximately 10 days after your purchase.
  • You can earn 15 additional points by attaching a photo or video to your product review.
  • *Additional images/videos submitted for the same product review will not be eligible for additional Program points; entrants certify that they are the sole creator and copyright owner of the submitted image(s) and/or video(s). Media generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI) are not permitted. All media is subject to review and approval by Famous Smoke Shop, and no points will be awarded for media that is found to be inappropriate or unrelated. Points earned through product review actions should show in your account within 5 days after submitted material is reviewed and approved by Famous Smoke Shop.
• Take other Program-related actions: You can earn additional points by taking other specific actions, as outlined on the Burn + Earn Loyalty Program Page.

What purchases are eligible?

• Program points are awarded for purchases of qualifying “Famous Discount Price” merchandise (see pricing descriptions here) purchased online at famous-smoke.com after you have created a Burn + Earn Loyalty account and have accepted the Program Terms. Unfortunately, items purchased through Create-a-Sampler and our “Frenzy” programs (Box Frenzy, 5-Pack Frenzy, Sampler Frenzy), as well as purchases of eGift cards, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and other excluded charges do not qualify for points. We may update the list of excluded charges from time to time.
• Points are NOT awarded for purchases made at Cigar Auctioneer (cigarauctioneer.com) or Cigar Monster (cigarmonster.com), our Famous Smoke Shop retail store, or by phone. Earn points only for online purchases at famous-smoke.com.

When will points earned from purchases show in my account?

• Points earned from purchases on the website are pending until your order ships. Once your order ships, your points are fully matured and ready to be redeemed.

Returns & Refunds

• If you return or receive a refund for an order that earned points, any points associated with that order will be deducted from your account. See Return Policy Guidelines for more details on returns.

Other important notes about points

• Points will expire after 6 months of inactivity in your account.
• We can only offer a retroactive credit of points for orders placed within 30 days of account creation.
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Only the loyalty program member account making a purchase can accumulate points; I.e., points are not transferable.
• Please note that once you redeem your points for a reward code, they will be deducted from your account. If you choose to "undo" this action, you may do so before the reward is used or expires.

REDEEMING POINTS FOR REWARDS

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is simple! Just follow these steps:

1. Visit your online account.
2. Go to the "Loyalty" section.
3. Click "Redeem Rewards" tab, choose your reward and click the "Redeem" button.
4. Click you "Rewards" tab; copy and paste your unique loyalty code at checkout.

Are any items or transactions excluded from the Program?

• Reward codes cannot be redeemed for/applied to previous orders, Create-a-Sampler or "Frenzy" (Box Frenzy, 5-Pack Frenzy, Sampler Frenzy) purchases, transactions from Cigar Auctioneer (cigarauctioneer.com) or Cigar Monster (cigarmonster.com), purchase of eGift Cards, gift certificates, event tickets, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping, or other excluded charges.

Other important notes about loyalty Reward codes:

• Codes are valid for one-time use only.
• You may redeem one promo code/reward per transaction on famous-smoke.com; Rewards cannot be combined with other loyalty or coupon/promo codes.
• Codes expire 6 months after the date of issuance.
• You are not required to redeem your accumulated rewards.
• Certain manufacturer restrictions may apply.

OTHER GENERAL PROGRAM RULES:

• Accounts and rewards cannot be shared or combined.
• Offers and rewards are available while supplies last, and substitutions may occur at our sole discretion.
• Rewards and benefits have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• The sale or barter of points or rewards is prohibited.
• Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned, and we cannot reship damaged or missing rewards.
• Products and services are for personal use only.
• We are not responsible for lost points due to fraudulent activity.
• We reserve the right to change program benefits and rules.
