Answer

If you would like to return merchandise, the merchandise must have been purchased within the last 30 days AND you must obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) from Famous Smoke Shop. You may do so in one of two ways:

1. You may email us at [e-mail]. You MUST include your order number, the item you are returning, and the reason you are returning the merchandise.
2. You may call Customer Service at 1-800-564-2486 (Option 2) Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 7:00PM EST and speak to a Customer Service Representative.
